Functional Diagnostic Nutrition allows clients of Optima to be helped on a deeper level by getting to the roots of your health complaints. You will have access to functional lab assessments that will help us assess digestive function and hormonal imbalances, in order to identify why your previous efforts to improve your health may not have worked. You will be supported through a health programme to address these issues and build a strong foundation for lasting health.
1-to-1 exercise coaching, or personal training, is used to ensure perfect technique, adherence to the programme, and appropriate exercise intensity is maintained. The Optima Health & Performance studio is a private facility in the middle of Cornwall, close to Truro and the A30, where all 1-to-1 sessions take place.
Correct nutrition and a balanced lifestyle are fundamental factors in achieving your goals. The resources for your body to grow and improve after exercise come from the things you do the rest of the time. You literally are what you eat!
At Optima we are able to offer the highest level of sports massage and neuromuscular techniques. These will be available to facilitate a more effective rehabilitation from injury or chronic pain.
